 Join us for a day of complimentary health services and resources for our community.

 Free services include:

 

  • Genetic testing to help assess your risk of certain hereditary cancers and inherited kidney conditions
  • Blood pressure and vital-sign checks
  • Finger-stick blood glucose screening
  • Health information and guidance

Genetic testing is simple and noninvasive, using a cheek swab or saliva sample.

Genetic testing looks for certain inherited genetic changes. It does not diagnose cancer, determine whether you currently have cancer, or evaluate overall kidney function. Eligibility requirements may apply. Results should be discussed with a qualified healthcare professional.
